August…. i think this year’s August was the bad Month of my entire life, all probs & illness happen this month.. do no why?? ??? ??.. if say it “Sooi” bukan jua but i felt this month adalah yg paling banyak masalah untuk diri saya. everthing seen not right, even worst lagi yg happen. selama ini tak pernah terpikir pun kana ini penyakit tiba2 kena pula dalam ini bulan. u all wan to knw… aiyaaa… it bcos of Uric Asid ohhh.. bengkak turus kaki sampai cannot walk.. luckly got the Doctor to cure. got some injection so cool down already.

I have to get Diet, eat healthy foods, fruits & do lot of excercise. need to stablelise my metabolisme so that any illnes cannot tackle my body.. for u all.. pls take care urself bcos kita tidak tau bila kita akan kena sakit atau masalah. so sedia payung sebelum Hujan. kalu suda kena hujan jadi basah lah kita pas tu sakit pula…. susah betul…ξ
